The 'Lil Mavs had their first game yesterday. The girls did a great job for their first game ever!! The first two points came from the other team...haha. But then the girls started making baskets and were up 10-2 at half time, thanks to Courtney, Callie and Emily. The second half everyone was getting tired and Coach K was feeling the pressure as the other team creeped up on them and scored 3 baskets toward the end of the fourth quarter. However, the 'Lil Mavs prevailed in victory with a win of 12-8. Next week it is off to Palmer to beat the next team!Here is a video of the team in action....

It took me awhile but I figured out how change the language. Everything was showing up in German and it made it just a tad difficult. Anyway, Yay lil Mav's! I can't wait to see next weeks game! I hope you guys have a super weekend!
